MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to help prospective students pursue IT careers, with a focus on cybersecurity training. You will drive pipeline growth, conduct consultative sessions, and guide candidates through the enrollment funnel from initial consultation to onboarding.

This remote, performance-driven role requires 2+ years of sales success, strong CRM skills, and a genuine passion for transforming lives through education.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of target-driven sales experience.
• Strong consultative sales skills and empathy.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and video tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by presenting the value of tech training.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to move candidates through the funnel.
• Meet or exceed enrollment targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Show grit and resilience overcoming objections.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones and funding docs.
• Host engaging video consultations to build trust and motivate starts.
• Support retention and start readiness across teams.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and miscellaneous duties.
