MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to guide prospective students toward IT careers, with a strong focus on cybersecurity training and certification programs. You will engage candidates, present programs, and shepherd them through the enrollment funnel with consultative sales excellence.

This high-energy, target-driven role requires resilience, strong communication, and the ability to work remotely with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments.
• High-Volume Activity Discipline: proven track record of executing high-daily-activity routines.
• Tech & Pipeline Literacy: proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), video presentation tools, and sales performance dashboards.
• Mission Alignment & Communication: exceptional presentation and active-listening skills, turning candidate career aspirations into enrolled starts.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating the life-changing value of IT training and delivering compelling presentations.
• Maintain high-volume outreach and advance candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets, conversion velocity, and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Navigate the enrollment funnel from initial consultation to onboarding.
• Deliver engaging in-person and camera-on consultations to build trust and motivation.
• Champion student retention and starts across teams.
