Qualifications

• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and video presentation tools.
• Strong presentation and active-listening skills to convert prospects into enrolled starts.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating the value of IT training.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to advance candidates through the sales funnel.
• Exceed enrollment quotas and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones including funding and onboarding.
• Deliver engaging, professional video consultations to build trust and urgency.
