Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments.
• High-volume activity discipline; manage pipeline velocity.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), video tools, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Drive Consultative Pipeline Growth by articulating the value of technical skills training.
• Maintain High-Volume Outreach to advance candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed Performance & Conversion Quotas in a fast-paced setting.
• Navigate the Enrollment Funnel through critical milestones and onboarding.
• Deliver Engaging In-Person and Camera-On Consultations with credibility.
• Champion Student Retention & Starts through cross-team collaboration.
• Adapt to Evolving Priorities and perform additional duties as needed.
