Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2+ years in target-driven sales environments.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume outreach and maintain organization.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and video presentation tools.
• Strong presentation, active listening, and client-focused communication.

Responsabilités

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by presenting the value of IT training.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to advance candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment quotas and monitor KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead engaging consultations (in-person or camera-on) with prospective students.
• Support retention and starts through collaboration across teams.
