This remote, performance-driven role focuses on pipeline development, consultative selling, and closing enrollments while delivering engaging consultations and maintaining high activity.

You will navigate the enrollment funnel from initial consult to onboarding, maintain CRM-driven outreach, and collaborate across teams to support student starts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of target-driven sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage high daily activity and pipeline velocity.
• Excellent presentation and active-listening skills with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating program value.
• Maintain high-volume outreach and advance candidates through the funnel.
• Close enrollments and meet conversion KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones from consult to onboarding.
