MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to guide prospective students toward IT careers, with a focus on cybersecurity training. You will manage the enrollment funnel from consultation to onboarding, using consultative sales to build trust and close enrollments.

The role is remote with state eligibility across listed states; you’ll meet aggressive targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, delivering high-volume outreach and compelling program value.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven Sales Success: 2+ years in target-driven sales environments.
• High-Volume Activity Discipline: Experience with high-daily-activity routines and pipeline velocity.
• Tech & Pipeline Literacy: Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales dashboards.
• Mission Alignment & Communication: Strong presentation and listening skills to convert career aspirations into enrollments.

Responsabilités

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating the value of IT training and delivering compelling presentations.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to advance candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets, conversion velocity, and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Guide qualified candidates through enrollment milestones, from consultation to onboarding.
• Deliver engaging video consultations to build trust and present programs persuasively.
