MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor for the Cyber Warrior Program. You will bridge military service and civilian IT careers, guiding prospective students through the enrollment funnel with consultative sales and empathetic conversations.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments, such as direct sales, agency recruiting/staffing, or outbound B2B/B2C sales.
• High-volume activity discipline with strong pipeline velocity and organization.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), video tools, and sales performance dashboards.
• Strong presentation and active-listening skills with the ability to translate career goals into enrollment starts.

Responsabilidades

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating the value of tech training and delivering compelling presentations.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to advance candidates through the sales funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets, conversion velocity, and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver engaging in-person and camera-on consultations to build trust and motivate action.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones, including funding documents and onboarding.
• Collaborate with teams to support retention and start readiness.
