MyComputerCareer Inc is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to guide prospective students from initial consultation to onboarding across the Cyber Warrior Program. This remote role emphasizes consultative sales, empathy, and accountability to meet ambitious enrollment targets.

You will drive pipeline growth, conduct engaging video consultations, and collaborate with teams to ensure students are motivated and prepared for start dates, while leveraging CRM analytics to optimize daily outreach.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments.
• High-volume activity discipline with daily pipeline velocity.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and ability to analyze conversion metrics.
• Strong presentation and active-listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth and close prospective students.
• Maintain high-volume outbound activity and candidate progression through funnel.
• Exceed enrollment quotas and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate resilience and positivity when handling objections.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones including funding documentation.
• Deliver engaging video consultations to build trust and motivation.
• Collaborate with teams to support student retention and starts.
