MyComputerCareer is hiring an Enrollment Advisor for the Cyber Warrior Program. You will guide prospective students through the enrollment funnel, from consultation to onboarding, using consultative sales techniques and a student-centric approach.

The role emphasizes high-energy, performance-driven sales, with strong emphasis on empathy, accountability, and meeting ambitious enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven Sales Success: 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments.
• High-Volume Activity Discipline: Proven track record of executing high-daily-activity routines and pipeline velocity.
• Tech & Pipeline Literacy: Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales dashboards; ability to analyze conversion metrics.
• Mission Alignment & Communication: Excellent presentation and active-listening skills; translate candidate career aspirations into enrolled starts.

Responsibilities

• Drive Consultative Pipeline Growth: Close prospective students by articulating value of tech training.
• Maintain High-Volume Outreach: Daily activity to advance candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed Performance & Conversion Quotas: Meet enrollment targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate Grit: Maintain energy and resilience when overcoming objections.
• Navigate the Enrollment Funnel: Guide candidates through academic readiness, funding docs, and onboarding.
• Deliver Engaging Consultations: Host video consultations that build trust and present programs persuasively.
• Champion Retention & Starts: Collaborate across teams to keep candidates motivated and prepared to start.
