Ideal candidates have 2+ years in target-driven sales, high-volume outreach, and strong consultative sales skills. The role offers a performance-driven environment with a focus on training, retention, and student success.

• High-volume daily activity and pipeline velocity
• CRM proficiency and ability to analyze conversion metrics
