Job summary

MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor for the Cyber Warrior Program to bridge military service and civilian IT careers. You will engage prospective students, conduct consultative presentations, and guide applicants from initial consultation to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of demonstrated sales success in target-driven environments.
• High daily activity: manage pipeline velocity and outreach.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), video tools, and dashboards.
• Strong presentation and active-listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating the value of tech training and delivering compelling presentations.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to advance candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets, conversion velocity, and KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrate grit: stay energized and optimistic when facing objections.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones including funding and documentation.
• Deliver engaging in-person and camera-on consultations to build trust and motivation.
• Champion student retention and starts by coordinating with multiple teams.
• Adapt to evolving priorities; perform other duties as assigned.
