MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to guide prospective students through the cyber warrior program enrollment process. You will conduct consultative sessions, help with funding and onboarding, and drive enrollment conversions in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven Sales Success: 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments.
• High-Volume Activity Discipline: Proven track record of executing high-daily-activity routines.
• Tech & Pipeline Literacy: Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), video presentation tools, and dashboards.
• Mission Alignment & Communication: Strong presentation and active-listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Consultative Pipeline Growth: Close prospective students with compelling, consultative presentations.
• Maintain High-Volume Outreach: Daily activity standards to move candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed Performance & Conversion Quotas: Meet and exceed enrollment targets, KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate Purpose-Driven Sales Grit: Maintain energy and resilience when overcoming objections.
• Navigate the Enrollment Funnel: Guide candidates through enrollment milestones and documentation.
• Deliver Engaging In-Person and Camera-On Consultations: Host professional video consultations to build trust.
• Champion Student Retention & Starts: Collaborate across teams to keep candidates motivated for start date.
• Adapt to Evolving Priorities: Perform miscellaneous duties to support goals.
