Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in target-driven sales roles, direct sales, recruiting, or outbound B2B/B2C.
• Proven ability to manage high daily activity, pipeline velocity, and organize outreach.
• CRM proficiency, video presentation tools, and sales performance dashboards.
• Strong presentation and active-listening skills with high accountability.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth and close prospective students through compelling presentations.
• Maintain high-volume outbound activity to advance candidates through the funnel.
• Meet and exceed enrollment targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate resilience and positivity when overcoming objections and maintaining momentum.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones: consultation, funding docs, onboarding.
• Deliver engaging in-person and camera-on consultations; build trust and urgency.
