Job summary

MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor for the Cyber Warrior Program to bridge military service and civilian IT careers. You will engage prospective students, drive pipeline conversion, and close enrollments through consultative selling and comprehensive guidance from initial consultation to onboarding.

The role requires strong sales skills, empathy, and accountability in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of target-driven sales experience in direct or B2B/B2C environments.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales dashboards to track metrics.
• Strong presentation, active-listening, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Consultative Pipeline Growth by articulating the value of tech training and delivering compelling presentations.
• Maintain High-Volume Outreach with daily activity standards to move candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets, conversion velocity, and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate grit and optimism; overcome objections and motivate candidates.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones: readiness assessments, funding documentation, onboarding.
• Deliver engaging in-person and camera-on consultations to build trust and present programs.
• Support retention and starts by partnering with teams to ensure readiness for start dates.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and perform other duties as assigned.
