MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to bridge military service and civilian IT careers. You will engage prospective students, present the Cyber Warrior Program, and guide them from initial consult to onboarding, driving enrollments in a fast-paced, target-driven role.

Responsibilities include consultative sales, pipeline growth, and collaboration across teams to retain and start students on their chosen programs. Remote work possible for suitable candidates nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments.
• High-volume activity discipline and pipeline velocity management.
• Strong consultative selling and empathetic communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating the value of tech training and presenting programs.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to advance candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets, conversion velocity, and KPI metrics in a fast-paced setting.
• Guide qualified candidates through enrollment milestones including financial documentation.
• Deliver engaging consultations (in-person or camera-on) to build trust and motivate starts.
