Job summary

CSG is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead multiple medium to large software implementations (SaaS and custom) from initiation to completion. You will coordinate both technical and non-technical stakeholders, provide delivery leadership, and ensure on-time, on-scope delivery within budget.

You will mentor other project managers, shape governance practices, facilitate workshops, develop budgets and forecasts, and drive continuous improvement across the delivery organization, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years leading software implementation or software development projects.
• Experience coordinating with clients and technical teams.
• Strong PM principles: scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources.
• Experience creating plans, budgets, forecasts, and governance materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple medium to large complexity projects, end to end.
• Create or obtain approval for project initiation documents, delivery approaches, project success criteria, and materials supporting internal program reviews.
• Deliver projects within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and changes; escape and resolve concerns with appropriate account and delivery leaders.
• Select and apply appropriate delivery methods, tools, and governance practices.
• Facilitate project workshops, status meetings, stakeholder forums, and decision‑making sessions.
• Create and execute communication plans and establish project infrastructure for effective information sharing and document management.
• Develop and contribute to project budgets and resource forecasts; track delivery performance against budget and forecast, and address variances.
• Coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders to maintain alignment, accountability, and momentum throughout delivery.
• Ensure project deliverables and documentation are complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with delivery standards.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve the Delivery practice and CSG's project delivery capabilities.
• Mentor and support other project managers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
