Job summary

CSG is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead end-to-end software implementations for mid-to-large scale initiatives. You will coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders, mentor teams, and drive delivery within scope, schedule, and budget from initiation to completion.

This role emphasizes communication, governance, and continuous improvement across delivery practices while supporting a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience managing software implementation or software development projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles (scope, schedule, budget, risk, issue, dependency, change, resource).
• Experience creating project plans, budgets, resource forecasts, communication plans, status reports, governance materials.
• Experience facilitating workshops and meetings with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple medium to large complexity projects end to end.
• Create or obtain approval for project initiation documents and delivery approaches.
• Deliver projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and changes; escalate as needed.
• Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and stakeholder forums to support delivery.
