Job summary

CSG is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead end-to-end SaaS and custom implementations. You will coordinate technical and business stakeholders, provide delivery leadership, and ensure projects stay on time, within scope and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience managing software implementation or software development projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles (scope, schedule, budget, risk, issue, dependency, change, resources).
• Experience creating project plans, budgets, resource forecasts, communication plans, status reporting, and governance materials.
• Experience facilitating workshops, meetings, and stakeholder forums with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple medium to large complexity projects end to end.
• Create or obtain approval for initiation documents and project materials.
• Deliver projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and changes with leadership alignment.
• Facilitate workshops, status meetings, stakeholder forums, and decision sessions.
• Develop budgets and resource forecasts; track delivery against budget and forecast.
• Coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum.
• Ensure deliverables and documentation meet delivery standards.
• Mentor and support other project managers and contribute to process improvements.
