CLEAResult is hiring an Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist for a remote role. You will join an inbound contact center helping utility customers save money and improve home energy efficiency, while supporting multiple programs and platforms.

We value a customer-service mindset, the ability to navigate scripts, and a proactive approach to helping customers achieve energy savings across various channels.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to type 35+ WPM and maintain accuracy.
• No attendance or punctuality concerns.
• Sales-oriented with focus on customer service satisfaction.
• 'How can I help you?' attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Support energy efficiency customers across multiple programs on multiple platforms.
• Provide customer service, scheduling, enrollment, program education, tech and online support, and status updates.
• Follow scripts, talking points, or usage guides as required.
• Work with a team to handle inbound/outbound inquiries while meeting performance metrics.
