Job summary

G-P is a global, remote-first employer onboarding platform helping clients expand into 180+ countries with streamlined hiring and management. We seek a motivated Business Development Representative to identify and qualify leads, generate opportunities, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, experience in lead generation, and familiarity with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Professional level English and a European language are required.
• Proven experience in sales development or similar roles.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, with prospect engagement.
• Obvious resilience in handling objections and rejection.
• CRM proficiency and comfort with sales tools and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other channels.
• Outreach to educate prospects about Employer of Record services and schedule meetings or demos.
• Qualify leads and collect key information to assess fit and potential.
• Collaborate with sales to drive lead generation and pipeline development.
• Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM and share feedback with marketing.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for leads, meetings, and revenue objectives.
