Job summary

G-P is a remote-first global employment platform seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to identify and qualify leads, educate prospects about Employer of Record services, and support the sales team to meet revenue targets.

You will collaborate with marketing, maintain CRM records, and help expand our global client base across multiple channels. This role offers measurable targets and opportunities for commissions and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales development or lead generation.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential clients by researching and qualifying leads through various channels.
• Conduct outbound calls and educate prospects about Employer of Record services and schedule meetings.
• Qualify leads and gather key information to assess their potential.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement lead generation strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of activities and interactions.
• Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on campaigns.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions.
• Participate in team meetings and share insights to improve processes.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings, and revenue.
