Job summary

Globaltize is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative for a fully remote role. You will focus on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, appointment setting, and pipeline management while supporting executive administrative tasks and digital marketing campaigns.

Daily duties include making outbound calls, scheduling meetings, logging activity in the CRM, maintaining an executive action register, and preparing outreach reports.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in business development or outbound sales.
• Lead generation, appointment setting, and pipeline management experience.
• Strong written and spoken English for professional engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects using approved messaging.
• Schedule meetings for the executive and maintain follow-up communications.
• Log daily activity and update pipeline progress in the CRM.
• Prepare outreach reports and maintain an executive action register.
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns as needed.
