Job summary

G-P is seeking a Sr. Business Development Representative to identify and qualify leads, generate new business opportunities, and support the sales team from a remote-first US base. You will build relationships, manage CRM records, and contribute to revenue targets.

This role collaborates with marketing and sales operations, participates in strategy discussions, and aims to exceed monthly quota with strong communication and proactive outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years sales or lead generation experience.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential clients by researching and qualifying leads through various channels.
• Conduct outbound calls and educate prospects about Gia value, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement lead generation strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all activities and interactions.
• Collaborate with marketing and Sales operations to provide feedback on campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in team meetings, share insights, and help improve sales processes.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings, and revenue.
