Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume patient calls and scheduling.
• Verify demographics and insurance information during scheduling.
• Process referrals, pre-certifications and MyChart-related tasks.
• Assist with front desk duties and patient check-in workflows.
• Support patient experience initiatives and department huddles.
