Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months direct customer service in a health care field.
• College coursework toward an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year direct customer service in health care, hospital or contact center environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume patient calls and provide exam-related information.
• Assist patients with insurance registration and demographic verification.
• Support MyChart activation and online check-in processes.
• Schedule appointments, referrals, and pre-certifications.
• Process and verify referrals/orders and maintain up-to-date records.
• Protect patient confidentiality and comply with privacy policies.
