Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide highest level of customer service assisting patients with scheduling.
• Respond to high-volume incoming calls and maintain organized work area.
• Schedule internal and external department referrals accurately.
• Collect point of service collections including copay and deductibles.
• Communicate Health System Policies and procedures effectively.
• Participate in department clinic daily huddles and process improvement.
