Job summary

AlertMedia seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer, Enterprise, to partner with our Enterprise Sales team and serve as the trusted technical advisor throughout the customer buying journey. You will lead technical discovery, deliver tailored demonstrations, validate integrations, and guide customers through technical evaluations.

As the technical bridge between Sales, Product, Engineering and customers, you’ll translate complex concepts into business value, win technical approvals, and collaborate

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales for enterprise SaaS.
• Experience partnering with Enterprise Account Executives on complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Experience leading technical discovery, design, demonstrations, PoCs, and technical evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to drive technical strategy and secure technical wins.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand objectives, environments, architecture, and integration needs; translate findings into a technical solution.
• Deliver value-based product demonstrations tailored to customer objectives.
• Design and guide PoCs, evaluations, and pilot programs to validate value.
• Become a subject matter expert across the AlertMedia platform and its capabilities.
