Job summary

AlertMedia in Austin is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer, Enterprise, to partner with the Enterprise Sales team and guide technical discovery, tailored demonstrations, and technical evaluations across large organizations. You’ll bridge Sales, Product, and Engineering, simplifying complex concepts and driving the technical win in enterprise opportunities.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence product direction from customer feedback, and contribute to AlertMedia’s growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales Engineering experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience partnering with Enterprise Account Executives on complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong consultative problem-solving skills translating business challenges into technical solutions.
• Experience leading technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, PoCs, and technical evaluations.
• Fluent with REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, webhooks, SSO/SAML/OAuth, cloud apps, and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to drive technical strategy and secure technical wins.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to capture objectives, environments, architecture, integration, and security requirements.
• Deliver tailored value-based product demonstrations.
• Design PoCs and pilot programs to validate AlertMedia in enterprise environments.
• Own technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and technical documentation.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing on feedback and improvements.
• Stay current on industry trends and AlertMedia platform capabilities.
