Job summary

AlertMedia is seeking a seasoned Solutions Engineer to advance complex enterprise deals in SaaS. You will lead technical discovery and design, present architecture options, and guide customers through evaluations and proofs of concept.

You will mentor other engineers, drive enablement programs, and collaborate with product, sales, and security teams to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Pre-Sales Engineering experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Proven success engaging with executive stakeholders (CIOs, CISOs, etc.).
• Experience leading technical discovery, solution design, and proof of concepts.
• Ability to mentor and develop Solutions Engineers and drive enablement.
• Experience designing enterprise SaaS architectures with REST/JSON/webhooks and authentication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and enterprise architecture discussions with customer stakeholders.
• Deliver proofs of concepts and technical evaluations to advance complex deals.
• Mentor and develop other Solutions Engineers while improving team processes.
