Job summary

You will interview applicants, enter information into our electronic system, and issue benefits in compliance with state and federal rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Ability to interview applicants and collect information.
• Experience with data entry and basic arithmetic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility.
• Enter data into eligibility system and compute benefits.
• Process benefits in accordance with regulations and timelines.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Handle fast-paced, high-stress environments.
