Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 60 college hours preferred.
• One year of public customer service experience.
• Experience interviewing clients is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Interview applicants in person or by phone to determine financial eligibility.
• Evaluate data from various sources for entry into the eligibility system.
• Compute and authorize benefits based on eligibility.
• Process work following state and federal regulations and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
