Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college hours preferred.
• One year of customer service experience with public contact.
• Ability to learn policy regulations and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and data-entry skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Outlook and Excel; Teams usage may be required.

Responsibilities

• Interview applicants and recipients to determine financial eligibility.
• Enter data into the eligibility system from various sources.
• Compute and authorize benefits based on eligibility determinations.
• Process work per regulations, guidelines and deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
