Job summary

EHS Insight is seeking an Account Manager to oversee an existing customer portfolio and drive renewals and expansion for our EHS software solutions. This remote role supports customers across the United States, with travel as needed.

You will partner with Sales, Support, Onboarding, Training, and Marketing to deliver value, demonstrate product capabilities, and turn relationships into long-term partnerships and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying sales, account management, or sales engineering in SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Results-oriented with portfolio ownership and goal-driven mindset.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills, capable of explaining value to stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM and sales productivity tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Own your customer relationships and renewals.
• Lead regular account reviews and proactive communication.
• Drive renewals and account growth.
• Identify expansion opportunities and demonstrate product capabilities.
• Collaborate with Support, Onboarding, Training, and Marketing to ensure value realization.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, renewal forecasts, and expansion pipelines.
