EHS Insight is seeking an Account Manager to manage an existing portfolio of customers from a fully remote location in the United States. You will renew, expand, and demonstrate how our EHS software adds value, while coordinating with Sales, Support, Onboarding and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, proactive candidate with 3+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience in SaaS.

Formación

• 3+ years in quota-carrying sales or account management in SaaS.
• Associate degree or higher; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex product value to diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization.
• Experience with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Office).

Responsabilidades

• Own customer relationships with regular reviews and proactive communication.
• Drive renewals and account growth, expanding existing portfolios.
• Deliver product demonstrations linking features to business value.
• Coordinate with Support, Onboarding and Training, and Marketing.
• Maintain CRM records, renewal forecasts, and expansion pipelines.
• Target renewal and expansion goals with data-driven planning.
