EHS Insight, a leader in environmental, health and safety software, is seeking an Account Manager who can nurture relationships and drive revenue growth from a remote base in defined U.S. states.

You will own an existing portfolio, coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, Onboarding and Marketing, and aim to renew and expand accounts while delivering measurable business value. The role blends relationship building with data-driven account management and requires at least 3 years in

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales, account management, or sales engineering in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred; associate degree required.

Responsabilités

• Own your customer relationships with regular reviews and proactive communication.
• Drive renewals and account growth by identifying expansion opportunities.
• Become a product expert and lead customer-facing demos connecting product to business outcomes.
• Be a customer advocate by coordinating with Support, Onboarding, Training, and Marketing.
