EHS Insight is seeking an Account Manager to manage an established customer portfolio from a remote U.S. location. You will own renewals, drive expansion, and partner with Sales, Support, Onboarding, Training, and Marketing to maximize customer value and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quota-carrying sales, account management, or sales engineering in SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Results-oriented with ownership of goals and portfolio.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Experience with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships and renewals within your portfolio.
• Drive renewals and account growth through proactive management and reviews.
• Identify expansion opportunities and demonstrate product value to customers.
• Lead customer-facing demos linking product capabilities to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Support, Onboarding, Marketing, and Sales for successful handoffs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and renewal forecasts.
