Job summary

EHS Insight is seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of customers, renewals, and expansion opportunities. You will work across Sales, Support, Onboarding, Training, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience while driving revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in quota-carrying sales or account management in SaaS, and a strong track record of building relationships and presenting value to diverse stakeholders. This is a remote role supporting select U.S. states.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying sales, account management, or sales engineering in SaaS.
• Associate degree or higher; a bachelor's degree preferred.
• Results-oriented mindset with ownership of goals and portfolio.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Experience with CRM and sales productivity tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Office).

Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships and manage portfolio with regular reviews.
• Drive renewals and account growth by expanding existing accounts.
• Become a product expert and lead customer-facing demos.
• Advocate for customers with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on communications and events.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, renewal forecasts, and expansion pipelines.
• Aim for renewal and expansion targets with proactive account management.
