Job summary

EHS Insight, a leading environmental, health and safety software provider, is hiring a US-based Account Manager. This remote role supports an established portfolio, renewals, and expansion with cross-functional teams.

You will build relationships, demonstrate product value, manage CRM data, and drive revenue growth while collaborating with Sales, Support, Onboarding and Marketing. Strong SaaS sales experience and ability to navigate multiple accounts are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying sales, account management, or sales engineering in SaaS.
• An associate degree or higher; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong ability to articulate product value to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships and drive renewals and expansions.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and cross-sell capabilities.
• Lead customer-facing demonstrations and connect product capabilities to outcomes.
• Partner with Support, Onboarding, Training, and Marketing to ensure success.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, renewal forecasts, and expansion pipelines.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth handoffs and timely communications.
• Deliver results against renewal and growth targets.
