Job summary

EHS Insight is seeking an Account Manager to own an established portfolio for a remote role across select U.S. states, including MA. You will nurture relationships, renewals, and expansion opportunities while collaborating with Sales, Onboarding, Support, and Marketing.

You will become a product expert, demonstrate capabilities to customers, and drive revenue growth. The position offers base salary of $70,000-$80,000 with commission, up to 10% travel, and a fully remote work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quota-carrying sales or account management.
• Experience with SaaS solutions and renewals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships and conduct regular reviews.
• Drive renewals and expansion opportunities.
• Lead product demonstrations and connect value to outcomes.
• Advocate for customers with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on communications.
• Maintain CRM data, forecast renewals, and pipelines.
• Deliver results toward renewal and expansion targets.
