Job summary
EHS Insight Software is seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of customers, build trusted partnerships, and drive renewals and growth.
You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, Onboarding and Training, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience and expand product adoption across diverse industries. This remote role offers a base salary plus commission and opportunities to influence outcomes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of quota-carrying sales, account management, or sales engineering experience.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Results-oriented mindset with ownership of goals and portfolio.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organization and multitasking with CRM proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own customer relationships and drive renewals.
- Build trusted partnerships with portfolio through regular reviews and proactive communication.
- Drive account growth and identify expansion opportunities.
- Lead customer-facing demonstrations connecting product value to business outcomes.
- Coordinate with Support, Onboarding and Training, and Marketing for a seamless experience.
- Maintain renewal forecasts and expansion pipelines with accurate CRM updates.
