EHS Insight is seeking an Account Manager to manage an established portfolio of customers, focusing on renewals and expansion opportunities. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, Onboarding, and Marketing to ensure customer success and maximize revenue growth.

The role supports remote work within select US territories, with base salary 70,000–80,000 plus commission, dependent on experience.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales, account management, or sales engineering, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM and sales productivity tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.

Responsabilidades

• Own your customer relationships and renewals.
• Drive renewals and account growth.
• Lead customer-facing demonstrations linking product capabilities to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Onboarding and Training, and Marketing to deliver seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and renewal forecasts.
