EHS Insight is seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of customers, build trusted partnerships, and drive renewal revenue and expansion in a remote-capable role.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, Onboarding and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience, demonstrate product value, and identify opportunities for growth across the EHS Insight portfolio while maintaining accurate CRM records and forecasts.

Formación

• 3+ years of quota-driven sales or account management in SaaS.
• Associate degree or higher; bachelor's preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to explain product value to diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own your customer relationships and build trusted partnerships across your portfolio.
• Drive renewals and account growth by identifying expansion opportunities.
• Become a product expert and lead customer-facing demonstrations.
• Be a customer advocate and coordinate cross-functional resolutions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure smooth handoffs and communications.
• Manage your business with accurate CRM records, forecasts, and expansion pipelines.
