Job summary

EHS Insight Software, a leader in environmental, health and safety (EHS) management solutions, is seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of customers. Remote within select U.S. regions with travel as needed. Base salary is 70,000–80,000 USD, plus commission, depending on experience.

You will work with Sales, Customer Support, Onboarding and Training, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience, renewals, and growth opportunities across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying sales, account management, or sales engineering in SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Results-oriented with ownership of goals and portfolio.
• Strong relationship-building, communication & presentation skills.
• Excellent organization and multi-account management.
• Experience with CRM and sales productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Own your customer relationships and portfolios.
• Lead account reviews, proactive communication, and renewals.
• Drive renewals and account growth; identify expansion opportunities.
• Demonstrate product value through customer-facing demos connecting to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Support, Onboarding, Marketing & Sales for seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, renewal forecasts, and expansion pipelines.
