EHS Insight is seeking an Account Manager to own an established portfolio, renewals, and expansion opportunities. You will work with Sales, Support, Onboarding and Training, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience.

You will become a product expert, lead customer-facing demonstrations, and drive revenue growth while maintaining CRM records and renewal forecasts. This remote role offers flexibility across select U.S. states.

Formación

• 3+ years of quota-carrying sales, account management, or sales engineering experience.
• Associate degree or higher; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with ability to explain value to diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization abilities for multiple accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Own your customer relationships with regular account reviews and proactive communication.
• Drive renewals and account growth by identifying expansion opportunities.
• Develop product expertise and lead customer-facing demonstrations.
• Be a customer advocate by coordinating with internal teams for timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on communications, webinars, and product announcements.
• Maintain accurate account records, CRM activity, and renewal forecasts.
