EHS Insight is seeking an Account Manager to own an established customer portfolio in a fully remote US-based role. You'll build relationships, renewals, and expansion opportunities, coordinating with Sales, Support, Onboarding, Training, and Marketing to deliver value.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in quota-carrying sales or account management, a bachelor's degree preferred, strong communication, CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot), and a drive to exceed revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales, account management, or sales engineering.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own your customer relationships and renewals.
• Drive renewals and account growth.
• Lead customer-facing demonstrations connecting product capabilities to business outcomes.
• Coordinate with Support, Onboarding/Training, and Marketing for seamless customer experience.
