EHS Insight is hiring an Account Manager to own a portfolio of customers, renewals, and expansion opportunities. You’ll partner with Sales, Support, Onboarding, Training, and Marketing to maximize value and revenue while delivering a seamless customer experience.

The role emphasizes building trusted partnerships, understanding customer goals, and driving revenue growth through proactive account management and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Results-driven with portfolio ownership mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities for multiple stakeholders.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Experience with CRM and sales productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships and drive renewals and expansion.
• Lead account reviews and communicate with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate product value through customer-facing demos.
• Coordinate with Support, Onboarding, Training, and Marketing for a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, renewal forecasts, and expansion pipelines.
