Job summary

Working Solutions is seeking full-time Instructors, who will work virtually from home offices, delivering the online instruction we provide to our independent contractor PROs before they begin working on client programs. To qualify, a Bachelor's degree is required, 3–5 years of classroom or virtual training experience, and strong communication skills.

The position emphasizes self-motivation, organization, and the ability to learn new teaching tools quickly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (preferably related to Education).
• 3–5 years classroom or virtual training experience.
• Teaching experience with children; virtual experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design class curriculum and thoroughly prepare Working Solutions Pros for quality project work.
• Complete research and/or training to understand client business and project requirements.
• Meet with clients to determine preparation needs.
• Review and modify project documentation for virtual preparation methods and time-frames.
• Develop virtual preparation materials with guidance from the Director of Agent Development.
• Prepare agents to competently complete projects, including testing and providing project information.
• Assist Contract Instructors with delivery of project preparation information for large/ongoing projects.
• Assist with agent scheduling when starting new projects to improve retention and success rates.
• Provide additional preparation for active PROs to ensure high performance for clients.
• Respond to preparation-related questions; provide encouragement and recognize accomplishments.
