Job summary

Working Solutions is seeking full-time instructors who will work virtually from home offices, delivering online instruction to independent contractor PROs before they begin work on client programs. To qualify for employee positions, candidates must be legal residents of the United States and must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher, with teaching experience and curriculum development experience preferred.

The role requires strong organization, ability to multitask with high accuracy, and comfort

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or higher.
• Teaching experience essential.
• Experience designing curriculum and virtual instruction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design class curriculum and prepare Working Solutions Pros for quality project work.
• Complete research and training to understand client business and project requirements.
• Review and modify project documentation for virtual preparation methods and time-frames.
• Develop virtual materials with guidance from Director of Agent Development.
• Prepare agents to competently complete projects and provide project information.
• Assist with delivery of project preparation information for large projects.
• Assist with agent scheduling to improve retention and success rates.
• Provide preparation for active PROs to ensure high-quality performance for clients.
• Document and implement programs, processes and procedures as needed.
