Job summary

Working Solutions is seeking full-time Instructors who will work virtually from home, delivering online instruction to our PROs before they begin on client programs.

Design curriculum, prepare PROs for quality project work, and report to the Director of Agent Development to support training goals.

A Bachelor's degree is required; teaching experience is essential, with strong communication and organizational skills for remote work. Experience with virtual teaching tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Education preferred).
• Teaching experience essential; curriculum design is a plus.
• Strong communication and organization for remote work.
• Familiarity with virtual teaching tools recommended.

Responsibilities

• Design class curriculum and prepare PROs for projects.
• Develop virtual preparation materials with guidance from leadership.
• Prepare agents to complete projects, including testing and information sharing.
• Assist with agent scheduling to improve retention and success rates.
• Provide answers to PRO questions and recognize accomplishments.
